Step 1 Squeeze a pea size amount of The Mane Event into your palm, for longer and thicker beards you might need slightly more.
Step 2 Apply the serum from the root to the tip of your beard hair making sure to include your skin behind the beard.
Step 3 Once all the hair has a light coating of serum, leave it in to nourish and protect your beard.

I’ve been using the beard serum daily for last 2weeks.
I like it, it’s a lot more lightweight than typical beard oils that are in the hair market. But I think the problem sometimes oils can irritate the skin.
This serum is different the biggest plus I’ve found is that my beard doesn’t go flakey so much better hydration for skin. My first thoughts was it was going to be too lightweight but after 1st couple uses i noticed my beard was much neater and groomed! You don’t need to use to much either. Great product!

I’ve been trialling the product for shakeup for about a month now. My main concern is the gaps in my stubble connecting my tash to the rest of it and a few other patches here and there. I feel like after using the product everyday I’d definitely say I’m noticing my facial hair feel thicker and healthier and the gaps are less noticeable. I currently use beard thickener, moisturiser and softener separately so this product is a no-brainer for me as it combines all three. Saves time and money.
The serum is light and has a silky feel to it. It absorbs into the beard nicely and a small amount in the hand goes a long way. You get a slight cooling sensation on the skin underneath which is nice. My beard felt softer afterwards and no residue or greasy feeling left so won't transfer onto my collars. You can shape your beard with it too like a balm.
Another great product from Shakeup that I'll definitely be using.
